PVC or WPC Jali design price depends upon the thickness you choose and not the design. You can choose any design according to your preference.
WPC sheets are available with multiple thicknesses like 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 18mm. The only size available for these sheets is 8ft x 4ft.
Most of the time 12mm thickness is preferable. 12mm thickness goes well with most of the designs like in partitions, ceilings, exterior elevation, and others except Jali door designs. 18mm thickness is preferable for Jali door designs.
In some cases, 9mm thickness WPC sheets can be used for various purposes, but I personally recommend you go with 12mm sheets or above. You can go with a medium-density PVC or WPC sheet for the Jali design and a high-density sheet for door designs.

18mm PVC or WPC Jali design Price– A medium density 18mm WPC sheet costs around Rs 132 per sq. ft and the Jali cutting charges are Rs 70 per sq. ft. Hence the 12mm WPC or PVC Jali design will cost you around Rs 202 per sq. ft.
For door Jali designs you definitely require a high-density WPC sheet hence let’s know its price. A high-density 18mm WPC sheet costs around Rs 160 per sq. ft and the Jali cutting charges are Rs 70 per sq. ft. Hence the 12mm WPC or PVC Jali design will cost you around Rs 230 per sq. ft.

Also, you have to pay the full price of the sheet(8ftx4ft size) even if you are cutting a smaller piece for Jali, however, the cutting charges will be according to your Jali size.
